Imam Khamenei said on Sunday that the Islamic Awakening in the region has been unprecedented since the Islamic Revolution, the official website of the Leader reported.
Imam Khamenei made the remarks addressing the heads of the three branches of government, chairman of Iran's Assembly of Experts, a number of Iranian parliament members and military commanders, and many other senior officials of the Islamic Republic.
Imam Khamenei also spoke about the deteriorating image of the United States in the Middle East, noting that Washington is also facing serious challenges at home, including a deepening economic crisis.
